Women these days are worried about so many things that disturb our peace of mind, our family's peace, our community's peace, our nation's peace, and of course world peace. "But what can I," they ask, "one woman, do about it?"
That's what the Women's Peace Campaign team has been researching since International Peace Day 2023. We've scoured the UN, women's peace groups, experts, books, think tanks, YouTube videos, even AI to come up with a variety of things any woman can do alone or with a small group regardless of age, finances, nationality, circumstances, or other variables. We're getting it all written up in forms useful to national women's organizations for release on August 15.
Women have long been peacemakers and peacekeepers seeking inner peace and radiating it out to our families, communities, countries, and the world, sending out ripples of peace like pebbles in a pond.
We're calling on national and international women's business and professional organizations and associations to collaborate with the women's peace nonprofits that are already active and involved by getting information out about things each of their members can do to empower themselves and help build peace at every level. In our desire for peace, we are ALL ONE, and together we can change the world.
